Writing an article for Daily Fix

Do you love writing? Are you building your portfolio of published articles? Do you have a hobby and would like to pass on your knowledge and skills? Then writing for Daily Fix could be for you!

Daily Fix is a growing source of information on anything from health and fitness to web site design and along with blog posts written by our in-house team of experts we also publish blogs written by guest bloggers.

What can you write about?

Simple - ANYTHING!!

We are happy to receive pieces on any subject, as long as it's legal and we think it would be of interest to readers of Daily Fix.

You may like to write about your top 5 places to visit, the best family attractions in Cornwall, how to get good Google rankings for your website, how to build a shed, what do do if your houseplant isn't thriving...
... you get the idea.

Can I write an advertorial piece about my business?

We welcome both advertorial and sponsored blog posts written by business owners such as photographers, property sourcers, local charity volunteers and event organisers.

We just ask that the article is informational, useful and unique - and can incorporate details of your business or service.

Please email info@dailyfix.co.uk if you would be interested in writing a sponsored post for Daily Fix.

How many words should my article contain?

Ideally your article will contain at least 1,000 words long, but there is no limit to how long the post can be.

And if you have photos to go with your post, even better!

How to write the perfect post

We are in the process of writing a guide to the perfect blog post which will be ready for publishing soon, but in the meantime:

1 Write at least 1,000 words, but preferably over 2,000
2 Split the blog post into 4 to 8 sections, each with a section header
3 Make sure your article is unique, and has not been posted elsewhere on the Internet. Google can penalise duplicate content.

Submit your article to Daily Fix

Once you have written your article, send it to info@dailyfix.co.uk along with any photos for inclusion.

Happy writing!
