I'm losing the will to live, I have been on hold waiting for someone from The Woolwich to answer my call for (wait while I look......) 53 minutes!!!
Apparently my call is important and they are sorry for the delay!
I am used to waiting for 10 or 15 minutes but this is absolutely crazy.
