The Bread Prepaid Maestro® Card Gets Yet Another 5 Gold Star Rating
The BREAD Prepaid Maestro® Card that launched in April 07 has just received the highest rating of 5 gold stars from ‘Compare Prepaid’ (http://www.compareprepaid.co.uk/) one of the leading independent prepaid card comparison websites.

The BREAD Card is a new breed of payment card. Unlike conventional credit cards, which provide you with a line of credit, or debit cards that are linked to a bank account with an overdraft facility, the BREAD Card is a ‘pay-as-you-go’ card that you load with cash. When applying for a BREAD Card there are also no credit checks.

Raffick Marday, Managing Director of Compare Prepaid, commented “Compare prepaid was proud to give the first prepaid card company 'Breadcard' a five star rating, this card is truly unique, focusing on the consumer needs for a fully featured Maestro prepaid card without the hidden charges, With no monthly fees and No transaction charges when using the card in the UK, the Breadcard stands out from the rest. The website is clear, informative and easy for users to navigate. Compare prepaid rates this as a peoples card."

Tim Day, BREAD Card Marketing Director commented “It is very encouraging that we are receving such positive industry endorsement", he went onto say "It was always our core intention to ensure that the BREAD Card be efficient, economical and approachable, and in turn knowing that our customers will benefit from a new payment card that offers high functionality with an industry leading fee structure".

This review follows a glowing review last month from Which Prepaid, where Myles Davidson, Managing Director, commented that the BREAD Card was "The
most cost effective prepaid card that we have reviewed to date”.
