A major new jobs network is celebrating its one millionth job advert in just five months.
AllTheTopBananas.com only launched in April, and has hit the impressive target seven months ahead of schedule.
At any one time it has more than 220,000 active jobs.
MD Dave Martin said the success is down to using technology in a unique way.
He said: "We don't ask customers to supply us with information, that's the old fashioned way of doing it. Instead we have developed a unique piece of internet software called Boris the Job Spider".
"Boris trawls our partners sites every day looking for new jobs, and then compiles the information automatically. This makes AllTheTopBananas.com a set up and forget service".
AllTheTopBananas.com bills itself as the next generation of job hunting websites.
It powers the jobs sec
tion for many partners. And each job displayed on the main site links back to the recruiters website.
Each job is available to a rapidly increasing total audience reach of more than 5 million unique users.
The Banana Network includes big name sites like manchester.com, chester.com, miltonkeynes.com the Itchy network, and the Community Times sites.
Job seekers have access to 220,000+ jobs in a single place. The information is accurate and timely thanks to the technology used. And its easier for jobseekers to find jobs in a specific geographical location.
Each site in the Banana Network also allows job seekers to upload CVs and register for job updates.
Dave added: "We are committed to being the most helpful job site that's our mission. If a feature doesn't help job seekers or our partners, then we throw it out. Its this approach which has seen our massive growth in such a quick time".
